Reveal has gone out of business. I am aware that a site on the Internet will charge you $5 to download drivers for your Reveal modem. I've got more Reveal modem drivers than they do, and here they are (for free):

    Drivers for Model PM800
    Drivers for Model VM100
    VM500 Installtion Disk 1 of 3
    VM500 Installtion Disk 2 of 3
    VM500 Installtion Disk 3 of 3

I also had print copies of the modem information on their old web site. These pages were mostly product data sheets, but also included some technical information such as jumper settings. I converted them into PDF format and have made them all available as a ZIP file for download. Click HERE to download.

Having unknowingly paid for a dead product from a crappy company, I think that it's silly for them to expect you to continue to pay for information that other companies give away for free. But then again, if they were much for customer service (or brain power), they probably wouldn't have been forced into bankruptcy.

Most Reveal 14400 modems have non-error correcting Rockwell (RPI) chipsets. For more information, see the notes on Rockwell.
