Hi; we're ISP's in México and found a fix related to Motorola's Mariner, Montana & Marquis modems. Windows 95 reports that a
program is using the modem and was unable to dial. Downloading the drivers located in Motorola's site resolve the problem.

The documentation is inaccurate because the inf file isn't oem.inf
